As a non-essential business, we have closed our showroom to the public, effective Wednesday, March 25. Our office and warehouse remain open from Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; we will not be in on weekends. We continue to work to support our ecommerce business, as well as our clients with construction projects that are still considered essential. We have good inventory in our own warehouse, and of our vendors are still shipping product to us, so we can continue to fulfill orders.
We appreciate any and all orders that are still coming in. They will help us to keep our business operating so that our employees have work to come back to. Please know that you are supporting a small, local, family-owned Canadian business. As a thank you, we are offering a discount of $119 off all orders totalling $1199 or more. (Some exclusions apply, but most online products are included.)
We invite you to reach out to us by phone and email, or via live chat on our website. We can answer questions about products, update you on the status of orders already placed, or advise builders and designers on specifications. You can also place orders by phone or email.
Installations have been postponed until such time as it is safe to go into clients’ homes. We regret that this will inconvenience our clients, but ALL levels of government have made it clear that we should not be making unnecessary contact with people outside our immediate families. However, if you have an urgent service issue, please be sure to contact us for guidance!
Please note that our staff have been on leave since March 16, and will continue to be out of the office until our business is allowed to get back to full service and/or we can safely have them in the office. This means that our owners, Jeanne & Colin, are handling all remaining functions of the business. Please be patient!
