Polished black rocks are suitable for electric fireplaces, and may be used in place of included media kits. Black rocks with diameters of 2 to 3 inches will fit into electric fireplaces with an overall depth of 6 inches or greater. Use on their own or blend the black rocks with crystal media kits. Sold in 5-lb bags; each bag will fill a 6-inch deep fireplace up to 44-inches wide. If your fireplace is wider or deeper, you will need more rocks. **Not suitable for gas or wood-burning fireplaces.
